Dr. Gregory D. Norman in 1982 he graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Norman’s first office, in Delphi, was acquired from the late Harry Tam O.D. who started his practice in 1938. Dr. Norman has been a long-time member of the Indiana Optometry Association, the Tecumseh Optometric Society, a member of the Indiana University School of Optometry, Alumni Board, and a past-president of the IOA. He and his wife have three children and three grandsons.
He sees patients mostly at the Delphi office and has some Frankfort and Lafayette hours. Dr. Rae A. Winters obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Spanish from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. She finished her Rehabilitation and Private Practice Residency in Vision Therapy at Wow Vision Therapy in St. Joseph, Michigan, where Dr. Winters acquired special training in the optometric treatment of strabismus, non-acquired, traumatic brain damage, and amblyopia.
In her residency, she was involved in the evaluation and management of over 300 cases. Additionally, she worked directly with patients on their vision therapy programs, for a combined total of over 2,000 meetings.
