“I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Earlier appointments I had scheduled for the day went so well that I was an hour early for my eye appointment. There was not enough time to go home and get back in time, so I checked in with the full expectation that I would wait the hour. The staff graciously took me early and I was able to move on through the day. Their action was much appreciated. Thank you for always going above and beyond even when it is not your responsibility to do so.” – Carl M.
