Dr. Anita Sivam after completing her Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee she joined Family Allergy & Asthma in 2019. Dr. Sivam is a graduate of Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) and received her medical degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, New York. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, California.
During her training, she co-authored seven peer-reviewed publications, worked on numerous research projects in the allergy and asthma field, and has obtained many academic awards and honors. Dr. Sivam is board-certified in Internal Medicine and in Allergy and Immunology. As a native of Northwest Indiana, Dr. Sivam is excited to return to Indianapolis, where she completed her undergraduate studies to practice in her specialty.

Dr. Steven Wise was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Wise made the circle back to the Midwest when he joined Allergy Associates, later to become Allergy Partners of Central Indiana, in 1991. He cares for patients of all ages for a range of allergic diseases but is particularly drawn to the areas of nasal (allergic rhinitis/ hay fever) and sinus issues, asthma, and food allergy. Allergy And Asthma Care Indiana
Dr. Garrick P. Hubbard graduated summa cum laude from the Ball State Honors College at Ball State University in 1995, completing a thesis in molecular biology. Dr. Hubbard earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1999. He spent the next four years completing his internal medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana where he received an award for being the exceptional resident in his class. In the last year of his residency, Dr. Hubbard served as Chief Resident.
During the final two years of his training were spent in an adult and pediatric allergy and immunology fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
