Brother Justus Whiskey Company is expertly made as a result of labor-intensive ingenuity and appreciation of the land. It pays homage to a renegade, bootlegger monk from Minnesota who thought that well-made whiskey was a blessing. Their product is produced with respect to the state’s natural resources.

Earl Giles Restaurant and Distillery
Earl Giles Restaurant and Distillery is a crew that is really enthusiastic about everything they emphasize in their new facility, which will open in the summer of 2022. Around the distillery’s production floor and their non-alcoholic bottling company, they have intelligently constructed multi-use spaces, converting the enormous 18,000 square feet into a number of cozy and welcoming meeting spaces.
Although their Minnesota distillery is called Earl Giles, the man who gave their company its name was actually born outside of Chicago. He was a pharmacist and confectioner at an apothecary that he owned and ran. From their own apothecary, they now create and supply mixers, elixirs, syrups, and other specialty items to home bartenders, restaurants, and professional bartenders.

Twin Spirits Distillery Cocktail Room
Twin Spirits Distillery Cocktail Room is the pet project of Michelle Winchester, who discovered a home for her adventurous personality and taste for adventure in the Twin Cities distilling scene. The first woman-owned distillery in Minnesota, Michelle is eager to establish NE Minneapolis as her distilling haven. Michelle began working on this project in 2014, and it took her two years to get the distillery operational.
The distillery and cocktail bar will be housed in a 1920s property in Northeast Minneapolis, and a second building that will contain a warehouse and potential event space will be acquired and renovated as well. Michelle like the barn-like appearance of the structure and has big green spaces planned to keep the farm-like feel.
