World Class Tennis & Pickleball Training, Tournaments & Other Sports Development
”What a wonderful experience we have had, the technique, the commitment to improvement, and most of all coaching with respect and kindness but still pushing to get the best out of each individual. Every session has been a building block and we are so grateful for the opportunity we have had to work with Yhale and the Oahu tennis academy.” – Brad F.
808 Hoops Training
808 Hoops Training, athletes’ personal shooting accuracy will improve, and their vertical jump height will rise. Drills and exercises can help athletes increase their general speed, agility, and response time. To help each athlete reach their greatest potential, create a personalized training program that focuses on their areas of weakness.
When an athlete reaches the stage in their career where they are no longer student-athletes and transition to playing their sport for leisure, it can be incredibly difficult. For some of us, it happens in high school, while for others, it happens toward the conclusion of our time in college. The fortunate ones get to turn their hobby into a profession.
”So glad we found Coach Simmons, very friendly just talking to when it comes to training all business. Evaluates skill set and immediately work with the athlete on weaknesses. 2nd session had my son’s shooting form corrected and hitting nothing but the net. Only sad part we wish we would have found Coach Simmons earlier. Thank You so much, Coach.” – Jaime G.
I Got Skills Soccer
I Got Skills Soccer, Jason Popkin, the founder of I Got Skills, had a mission to “Promote and improve the game of soccer” in 2008. In a parking lot at Kapiolani Park, he founded Hawaii Street Soccer and Monday in The Lot, a weekly pick-up Street Soccer game. The top street soccer players and freestylers in the world have since competed at Monday in The Lot, which later relocated to Wilson Park.
A few of the original Monday in The Lot team members continue to play together and are now mentoring the upcoming players. Hawaii Street Soccer changed its name to I Got Skills and held its inaugural youth soccer camp in 2011 after realizing the necessity for the development of technical skills. The first and only soccer camp in Hawaii to concentrate on the requirements of every participant.

Ka Ulukoa – The Volleyball Institute Hawaii
Ka Ulukoa – The Volleyball Institute Hawaii, which was founded in 2007, and lives up to its name. It is a company that is constantly improving and aiming to be the best version of itself. Despite having a distinguished and illustrious heritage, they live and work in the present. They are aware that today’s choices affect tomorrow’s results, not yesterday’s accomplishments.
Every member’s objectives are as important to them as they are to them because they are humble, motivated, and passionate. While every journey is unique, they all share the same end in mind. Young athletes are their future, and they want them to be ready for the next level both on and off the court. Making the high school varsity team is the next step for some people.
”Ka Ulukoa is the best. We love being a part of this ohana – innovative and supportive leadership, experienced and committed coaches, and a safe, encouraging, and world-class volleyball program. My daughter has grown so much in not only her volleyball skills, but other aspects of being an athlete and an overall better person – perseverance, commitment, the value of hard work, and the importance of teamwork. We drive to Kailua all the way from Mililani for practices because it’s worth it. If you are looking for a volleyball program, I strongly recommend Ka Ulukoa.” – Wendy N.
