Jocelyn Rapelyea, MD is a professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences and a board-certified diagnostic radiologist. Dr. Rapelyea is also the program director of the Radiology Residency Program and the associate director of Breast Imaging. She specializes in breast imaging and diagnostic radiology.
She initially learned about Automated Breast Ultrasound while working as a sub-investigator on the Somo-INSIGHT Study, a prospective, multi-center clinical trial that assessed the sensitivity of FFDM alone vs ABUS paired with FFDM for screening asymptomatic women with dense breasts.

Sibley Hospital Radiology, since its foundation in 1890, Sibley Hospital Radiology, a part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has had a long history of serving the community.
