A hidden gem is on the top floor, Magic Kingdom, an indoor play area for kids. $12/hr or $18 unlimited. It is a complete godsend during the cold weather and has ball pits, slides, a trampoline, climbing, video games, and snacks for sale. Good for kids up to about 10. Spring Valley Shopping Center
Spring Valley Shopping Center was designed by A.C. Miller in 1939 the Colonial Revival buildings are originally known as the Spring Valley Shopping Center. On August 7, 2003, the structures are added to the National Register of Historic Places. I get my groceries here – Wagshals has a wonderful array of services/offerings – bakery, patisserie, deli, full-service restaurant, full grocery including perishables and non-perishables of the highest quality/sourcing. The bank, gas station, auto repair, cafes, Thai restaurant, clothes repair and CVS + pharmacy take care of all your other needs in a lovely part of town.
