Zoo Miami
Zoo Miami is the sixth-largest zoo in the United States and the largest in Florida. South Florida’s unique environment allows them to care for a wide variety of animals from Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Americas that constitute a varied mix of species that is unequaled by any other zoo in the country. They are the only sub-tropical zoo in the continental U.S. The zoo houses species that can coexist peacefully in the wild in displays together, and all animals are categorized into groups based on their geographic ranges. Today, Zoo Miami encompasses about 750 acres, has 4 kilometers of walkways, and has more than 3,000 animals from over 500 distinct species living there. ZWF Miami
ZWF Miami is home to more than 150 animals, including large predatory birds, monkeys, domestic animals, big cats, leopards, and big cats. The Zoological Wildlife Foundation was founded in 2000 by Mario and Maria Tabraue, a Cuban-American couple who met and fell in love over their shared love of animals. Mario and Maria formed a foundation that is dedicated to educating the public about rare and endangered animal species that exist both in captivity and in the wild. Mario has over 20 years of experience working with animals. The Zoological Association of America has accredited ZWF, making it one of the top zoos in the country right now.

Neighborhood Fish Farm
Neighborhood Fish Farm is a popular tropical aquarium and pond fish destination. They have evolved with Miami since the 1970s when they initially opened. There are numerous Koi displayed, in a range of hues and sizes. These koi are perfect for novice ponds with a capacity of up to 2,000 gallons as well as medium waterfall ponds.
