Mignonette
Mignonette was established in 2014 and Blue Collar in 2012, two eateries run by Miami-born chef Daniel Serfer in his hometown. The server didn’t always want to be a restaurateur with a flagship location in a hooker hotel, let alone a chef. His dream was to practice criminal defense law, but as he prepared for the LSAT, he discovered that he was more inspired by food than by the law.
