“They are amazing. I have been going here for 10 plus years and could go on forever about why they are so fabulous- but will be concise: The Radiologists are incredible and are held in the highest regard by all the peers and patients that refer them. The support team is outstanding- right from the young lady at the front desk, who always warmly greets you and the fabulous Radiology Techs who are born to do what they do- they make everyone feel so comfortable and at ease. On a final note, their efficient and overqualified team have been with the practice for as long as I can remember, the Doctor’s and Office Management being able to retain such an excellent staff for as long as they have- speaks volumes.” -L Bergman

“I’ve been to others in the neighborhood and while all have been good this facility has been the best. Usually a short wait when I have an appointment (made by my doctor) and the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. I’m in and out with no delays. This is my 4th time. I highly recommend and dont know why all the others write their negative reviews. Negative begets negative!” -Andrew Kudysch
Murray Hill Radiology and Mammography
Dr. Julie Mitnick attended medical school at NYU and remained to complete her residency and fellowship in Pediatric Radiology. After ten years of academics, teaching, engaging in research and publishing multiple scholarly articles, she decided that she would transition to full time patient care. Initially starting a full service radiology practice, Murray Hill Radiology and Mammography, (a very unusual event at the time), she quickly narrowed her focus and energy on mammography.
It was the custom at that time to have women come for a study and then be called back for additional films. At MHR they decided that complete care to the level possible would be done during the initial visit to speed diagnosis and allay patient anxiety. So they had mammography, ultrasonography and needle aspirations of suspected abnormalities performed at once. While common today, this was most unusual in the mid-80’s and unheard of in private practice.
