Alum Rock Park
Alum Rock Park features hiking trails and some educational activities for children. There are picnic tables available for reservation. The park is open from 10 AM. Furtehmore, the trail covers 13 miles including three miles for bicycle trails. They also have signs around the trails to guide the hikers and ensure their safety. The wildlife sanctuary in the park is preserved and vehicles are not allowed to enter the trails. Campings are permitted with additional fees. Photoshoots may also be done in the park. Martial Cottle Park
Martial Cottle Park is the newest urban park in the area. It features agricultural pasts and innovations in the modern world. The park covers 287 acres of land. There are trails, picnic areas, and green spaces. It also shares the history of the Cottle family. Furethmroe, water conservation techniques are the new addition to organic farming. Classes for the community are also available. Moreover, the products from the park include row crops, dairy, and wheat. The paved trails may be used by cyclists, hikers, and skaters.
