“Dr. Bontia is one of the absolute BEST headache doctors I have ever encountered. Her office staff, however, is questionable. I made an appt for an MRI, and I was told there was an additional for sedation since I am claustrophobic. My driver didn’t show up, so I couldn’t have the sedation. I made it through the MRI without sedation but expected an adjustment to my bill. I was told after the MRI the sedation was free, so I wasn’t charged an extra fee for it.” – Ja’zee D.

“Dr. Liu provided me with pills and that’s really about it. I had to go to my medical doctor to get tests done, except for the IV Drip that Dr. Liu set up. He also did not want to sign off on disability, which I was considering. I moved on to another doctor who prescribed the pills, scheduled all tests necessary, taking the burden away from me and my medical doctor.” – Anonymous
