Alexandriana
Alexandriana is a monument to signers of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence. It was signed on May 20, 1775. This is also the home site of John McNitt Alexander. Historic Rosedale
Historic Rosedale is also known as the Frew’s Folly. It is a plantation house that holds a great history. The house is a 2 and a half story building. The control block is flacked by 1 and a half story wings. Furthermore, it was three miles out of town before. It was recreated to become an urban oasis untouched by the surrounding environment. Freedom Park features several facilities across the 98-acre area. It offers 4 baseball fields, 12 tennis courts, and 4 soccer fields.
