Seven Oaks Women’s Center
Dr. Gallagher has served the women of San Antonio and the surrounding area for over 24 years, and 20 of those years with Seven Oaks Women’s Center. She grew up a small-town girl in rural Kansas and made her way to the University of Kansas where she received her undergraduate and medical degrees (Rock Chalk Jayhawk!). She then transplanted to the great state of Texas and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. In 1998, following residency, Dr. Gallagher decided to stay in San Antonio, joining the wonderful doctors at Seven Oaks Women’s Center … the rest is history.
As part of Seven Oaks Women’s Center, Dr. Gallagher is committed to providing counsel to women seeking pro-active treatment and attentive prenatal care. Dr. Felipe Garcia-Ghinis, MD, FACOG, founded Healthy Woman in San Antonio in 2004. He is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Laura Brannen was born and raised in Omaha, NE. She completed her undergraduate training and pursued a year in the volunteer corps working for communities in need. Following this, she obtained her medical degree at Creighton University and moved to Denver, Colorado for her training in OBGYN. Dr. Brannen joined Women Partners in 2018. She is married and her spouse is a physician in gynecology pathology. They hope to raise their future family in the great city of San Antonio. She enjoys biking, traveling, and swimming.
