Flying Fish is born out of a passion for the several East Texas Fish Joints obtainable on the lake area, particularly Caddo Lake. They trade gobs of fresh shrimp, catfish, and oysters, shrimp cocktail, grilled fish, fish cocktail, crab legs, burgers, chicken, and mudbugs in season.
