“First time at this place and the experience was wonderful! I waited a half hour before I was even seen, but the staff makes up for it. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The Dr, (Dr Mix) was so caring about my problems and was actually concerned with what was going on, unlike the 3 other Drs I had to see somewhere else (who couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with me). The nurse, Dana, was so sweet to me and caring. I loved the staff and atmosphere here and would recommend this cardiology center to anyone!” – Kim Coleman

“I researched quite a few cardiologists in the region before deciding on Dr Akkad. Having been to a previous cardiologist I would never see again I was a little apprehensive but was very pleased with my first experience. Dr Akkad listens, shows his care and concern regarding how all aspects of ones life and health can impact cardiac health and status. Goes over results and takes the time to answer questions. He puts you at ease knowing that that too is critical in helping you move forward!!” – J
“always available for questions, does not rush appointments *listens* love the staff. I only wish he was available more days and would do testing in Maricopa office” – d s
