“Delicious! Great options for vegetarians too.”
The Hungry Hatch
The Hungry Hatch began in 2018 with the intention of offering nutritious street foods in Kansas City. They intended to emphasize dietary requirements and healthy lives with my food truck concept. They discovered their food truck in the fall of 2018 and later created a menu that would be suitable for a food truck.
They feature a selection of wraps, rice, and quinoa bowls, salads inspired by different parts of the world, as well as smoothie bowls, fresh cold-press juices, and breakfast bowls and wraps. They enjoyed working with teachers, supporting and collaborating with them, and training and assisting them in integrating technology into their lesson plans.
