True Food Kitchen
True Food Kitchen is the only eatery that is primarily based on science, ensuring that all of its mouthwatering foods and drinks strive to extend the lives of its patrons and the world. They support the idea that food should fuel you in the healthiest way possible without losing flavor. Every single ingredient on their menu is carefully chosen and hand-crafted into signature dishes that make eating well effortless, energizing, and most importantly, full of flavor.
The dishes are based on the anti-inflammatory food pyramid. Their philosophy is well known. They are adored for their cuisine. A well-massaged kale salad with a tangy and lemony vinaigrette, or the umami on their famous grass-fed burger.

“Delicious! Great options for vegetarians too.”
The Hungry Hatch
The Hungry Hatch began in 2018 with the intention of offering nutritious street foods in Kansas City. They intended to emphasize dietary requirements and healthy lives with my food truck concept. They discovered their food truck in the fall of 2018 and later created a menu that would be suitable for a food truck.
They feature a selection of wraps, rice, and quinoa bowls, salads inspired by different parts of the world, as well as smoothie bowls, fresh cold-press juices, and breakfast bowls and wraps. They enjoyed working with teachers, supporting and collaborating with them, and training and assisting them in integrating technology into their lesson plans.
