Bluff City Tattoo is a four-artist tattoo studio. They knew when they joined together that their vision for the business had to be a little different than other shops in the neighborhood, they wanted to bring back the notion and feel of the classic tattoo shop, which appeared to be lacking from the Memphis tattoo scene.
