Village Pub
Village Pub is a local chain that serves American cuisine and has a full-service bar. The original Village Pub site, on the corner of Koval and Flamingo, where Ellis Island Casino & Brewery now stands, began in 1968 as a small residents’ bar with only a bowl of chili and a ham sandwich on the menu.
The Village Pubs were opened to give respect to the original area when Ellis Island was expanded into the casino it is today. The popularity of the small pubs grew over time, and they began to expand.
