Hamlin Park Pool
Hamlin Park Pool is considered by people living in its vicinity as somewhat of a private facility for the neighborhood due to it being safe, free, and a lot of space for sunbathing. It’s considered as a model park especially when compared to its state during the 90s where it was somewhat run down. The park also offers shady trees scattered across its park where sports activities and dog walking are fun to do. Many people who live in the neighborhood go-to Hamlin Park for rest and relaxation and to have a little fun.

California Park Pool
California Park Pool is one of Chicago’s go-to spot if you’re looking for a nice public pool. Lots of Chicago natives love to go to this pool especially during the summer months when it’s hot out. Chicago has a reputation for having amazing public pools and California Park, as contradicting the name is, is one of the more popular ones. The pool is enormous with plenty of room to lay around and sunbathe. There are more than enough beach lounge chairs but be aware that the staff and lifeguards are strict when it comes to implementing the rules.
