Luigi’s Pizzeria is a humble business venture of an Italian named Luisa Ward. Luisa was born and raised in Italy and relocated to the USA with her family. Initially, her work was only focused on caring for patients with cancer. Her kind-heart enabled her to have the energy to serve pizza to these same patients. Upon tasting her homemade pizza, people were enticed and good words began spreading. Soon enough, she and her husband Bruce were on their way setting up their own pizzeria. Her age 67, though frowned upon by skeptics, did not hinder her dream and passion. The single pizza restaurant that started in 2008, branched out to another location and now on their way to their 3rd.

Bill started making pizzas for close friends and family during family occasions and casual weekend hangouts. They immediately approved of his pizza and suggested he opened a restaurant. With his experience limited to the oil and gas industry, he employed the help of his son Matt who has been working in the food business. They did intense research, brainstorming and traveled to the homeland of pizza, Italy. Bill studied under master pizza chef Peppe Miele and obtained his certification as a Pizzaiolo from the Verace Pizza Napoletana. The pizzeria offers original Naples style pizza, and uses the best ingredients. They import their items directly from Italy like the tipo 00 flour and pomodori pelati tomatoes.
