REVIEWS:

“I was so comfortable with this place. I had my mother there at least three times to recover from an illness or accident. She stayed at the McClelland home twice – which was my favorite. They had a big grand piano in the front room and my mother would plan for the other residents. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely – granite countertops, vaulted ceilings — it feels much more like a home than a facility. The owner Jennifer is amazing as well. She’s a nurse and was really helpful when mother was ill. I still called her several times for advice on mother even when she wasn’t there. In the end, I was able to get care for my mother in her own home, but before we got to that point, Emerald Groves was a great place for mom to heal and get her strength back, so she could go back home.” – Michelle M.

REVIEWS:

“My dad was placed at Emeritus Nov 2012 after touring several facilities. We were treated like family every visit we went to see him–offered coffee or drinks while he ate lunch. David, the facility maintenance and all-around “make it right” guy became Phil’s special buddy. Sandy, the unit coordinator, was awesome as was Melissa whom Phil trusted with his personal care. Too many people to mention who cared for him but you know who you are. The facility was clean and homelike down to the pictures on the wall and the cupcakes or cake in the entry room. Residents are treated like family and never neglected.
Despite the drive to see Phil, the facility was chosen, not because it was close to us, but because it was the right place for him. When he passed in March 2013, the staff was as caring to his widow as they would be to the family. I would definitely recommend Emeritus (East Mesa or another location) as your care home for your loved one.” – Leslie C.

“I recently walked in to tour this community. I was completely blown away by the cleanliness, the staff, and the overall welcoming spirit of the marking director. Even though I did not have an appointment, she welcomed me into the building and talked with me in-depth about what I was exactly looking for in a community. She was extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable in my decision to move my mother into Mariposa Point of Mesa!” – Sarah S.

“Thank you Angelica & Linde for the tour. I was impressed with the community and the friendly staff. This is why I recommend anyone looking for assistant living come here first before they get stuck somewhere they won’t be happy.” – David G.
