“The hotel was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Our side of the hotel as far as the rooms, was a little dated but still nice. I didn’t use their room cleaning service so I can’t comment on that. I borrowed the mop, vacuum and cleaning supplies and cleaned my own room. (I always do) the hotel has a must see aquarium. Right across the street from the Waikiki Beach! Everything was lovely. One thing we weren’t told was that on Fridays and Saturdays you need reservations for the pool area. It gets packed!” – Tamara Danielle

“Great spot to stay if you’re into all inclusive resort style vacationing. Great location and lots of dining options within the village. Really clean and excellent staff to help assist you with all your needs. The only thing I felt that was unfortunate and would like to see change is the one time-use toiletries in the bathroom. Definitely not environmentally conscious. Refills would be much better especially given the scale of this hotel. Otherwise a great spot to stay.” – Lisa S Radeleff

“Front desk staff are just lovely, very friendly and helpful. Heide in particular was so wonderful to us and made check-in quick and easy after a long 18 hour travel day! She’s an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to make sure you and your family are taken care of. Room is also very clean and tidy, bed is surprisingly comfortable and the parking garage is well-lit with plenty of space. Hotel is also in an excellent location – within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you were comparing hotels to stay at in Waikiki like we were, choose Ala Moana and you won’t be disappointed!” – Carina

“The hotel location is everything! 2 blocks to the beach and the best poke place in waikiki right across the street! You don’t need a car here unless you are going to explore the whole island. We had a car and the parking was a good price for the area. The pool has an amazing view and was empty most the time. The rooms are decorated a bit old style but clean.” – Roger Hollingshead
