The Fish House
The Fish House prepares the finest seafood with the attention and experience of two generations of experts. The Fish House has always been a family enterprise, with three generations in the restaurant business. After Mr. Hilsenrad returned home after serving in the armed forces, he was excited to begin the next chapter of his life.
Since growing up in a family with successful restaurant business, it was only reasonable that he would follow in his father’s legacy and become interested in a variety of restaurant concepts, including the Fish House, which he founded over 30 years ago. The Fish House’s foundation was set up with just a cod-fish sandwich, French fries, and coleslaw, and it would evolve into a long-standing Louisville favorite.

Molly Malone’s Irish Pub was founded on the foundations of an Irish pub. Creating an atmosphere where legendary parties collide with truly massive traditions.
