REVIEWS:

“Bar Method Boston has done an outstanding job during this pandemic! They got virtual classes up and running right away, so it made keeping my workouts going during the shutdown so easy. Now that in-studio classes have started again, they have made the studio feel like a safe place to work out. I appreciate how going to classes again helps with some sort of “normal” routine in a very abnormal time -much needed.” – Kerry L.

“Joining AMP Fitness has been, hands down, one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Boston! Before discovering AMP – I had always gone to the big box gyms where you basically don’t make eye contact with anyone, get your workout in, and leave. At AMP, however, someone is always there to say “Hi” from the moment you walk in, motivate you during your class and/or session, and then have some genuine conversation after you’re done nailing your workout. The coaches and members are such amazing human beings and AMP Fitness is truly an all-inclusive-family that loves and supports one another in and outside of the gym.” – Jenn L.

Esplanade Outdoor GymGood Exercises in Boston

Esplanade Outdoor Gym is a 20-year-old non-profit organization dedicated to reviving, upgrading, programming, and maintaining Boston’s historic Charles River Esplanade. The Esplanade is a 64-acre park known for its cultivated and natural beauty, riverside access, miles of frequented running routes, and intelligent programming. The Esplanade Association has undertaken planning studies in walkway safety, tree succession, invasive species control, and interpretive services in recent years, in addition to organizing dozens of high-quality events, and much more.

The Esplanade Association was founded in 2001 after the park began to deteriorate, and local community people saw the need for a park friends group to help restore and enhance the Esplanade. EA has been the driving force behind nearly $28 million in park improvements since its inception. In partnership with the Department of Conservation and Recreation, this work was completed.

“Bron is awesome. I started going to his outdoor boot camps last summer and was totally blown away by how great the workout was – very challenging and he offers adaptations for all levels of fitness. I’m now doing his virtual workouts and they are just as good. Bron is really professional and mixes it up all the time – but the quality and pace of the workout are always superior. Bron is really knowledgeable and I like that he gives corrections on form and is very motivating. I highly recommend Bron Core Fitness to anyone looking for an excellent fitness experience.” – Patrick M.
