“If you want a hot fast and small place yet know it’s very busy and tastes great this is my recommendation and not many places get my recommendation anymore.” – Dennis C.
Ika Ramen
Ika Ramen started back in 2012 when they first presented Omaha with their concept. Back then, their owner owned an upscale seafood restaurant with fusion cuisine. Every Sunday, as a special treat, he started luring customers with his distinctive take on ramen. Years passed before Omaha was prepared for its first Ramen forward restaurant. Ika Ramen and Izakaya are established in 2015 in a little area of the Benson strip.
Things quickly got out of hand once they moved into the first restaurant location in 2017. The same resilience and perseverance that got them here continue to exist as they now own five Ika-branded businesses in Benson, Downtown, Shadow Lake Towne Center, Village Pointe, and their newest location in Lincoln.
