Ika RamenTop Dumplings in Omaha

Ika Ramen started back in 2012 when they first presented Omaha with their concept. Back then, their owner owned an upscale seafood restaurant with fusion cuisine. Every Sunday, as a special treat, he started luring customers with his distinctive take on ramen. Years passed before Omaha was prepared for its first Ramen forward restaurant. Ika Ramen and Izakaya are established in 2015 in a little area of the Benson strip.

Things quickly got out of hand once they moved into the first restaurant location in 2017.
