High Gravity Brewing Company and Pippin’s Taproom proudly serve their beers in the brewery taproom lovingly named after their pet parrot, Pippin, who recently passed away. They have 11 beers on tap plus a nitro. High Gravity Brewing Company and Pippin’s Taproom are founded by Dave and Desiree Knott they take care of the day-to-day operations of the brewery and the homebrew store.
