Five Star Restaurant was created in homage to their Chinese roots, the idea was to create fresh and modern Chinese cuisine that would cater to the diverse demographics of the Triangle area. Taking some of their favorite foods from growing up with a Chinese mother and visits to their grandparents in Taiwan, then adding extraordinary twists, they developed their first menu in October 2000.
