Kaffeine Alley‘s coffee and teas are organic from Orange County-based roaster The Lost Bean. Their coffee blend is sourced from Ethiopia, Sumatra, and Colombia. They create their drinks using real ingredients instead of artificially flavored powders. They also use real milk and offer dairy alternatives instead of non-dairy creamer powder. That is why you won’t see any machines shaking their boba cups. They don’t use fructose to sweeten their drinks. And make their own simple syrups.
In November 2019, Jenn opened Kaffeine Alley, a cafe situated in her childhood city of Anaheim Hills that provides coffee and tea-based drinks influenced by different cultures while rooted in Vietnamese tradition. Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe was started by Tsunetaka Kawakami. Lacking the funds to pursue a university education, Kawakami supported himself by working at a chain of small bakeries, laboring and practicing until eventually, Tsunetaka’s skill matched that of his supervisor. He went on to build his own self-run business with the opening of his first bakery, Okayama Kobo Liaison, and later his second bakery place, Okayama Kobo Kunitomi. Springboarded by the success of both locations, he established a consulting business, and through this helped open more than 200 bakery locations throughout Japan.

We waited about 10-15 minutes in line and got in, ordered our pastries and drinks, and they were out in about 7 minutes. Overall in and out in about 25 minutes.
