Cake World Bakery, as he walked into Juan Castaneda’s Bakery, Cake World, the warm, delicious smells surrounding him and drew him in. Castaneda began his baking profession as a young boy, working alongside his father, who was a baker in Mexico. He started working as a baker when he was 18 years old. He worked various careers before realizing that he was a baker at heart and that those other jobs did not feel right. Castaneda was born in the Mexican state of Guanajuato.
His father taught him how to cook, and they used their hands to measure everything. He still makes the bread in the same way, he remarked. He collaborates alongside his four brothers, sisters, and other members of his family. It’s a true family project. Cake World has been serving consumers at 220 Maryland Parkway, at Stewart Avenue, for the past 16 years.

Delices Gourmands French Bakery
Delices Gourmands French Bakery, Yves Crivello, an auto body mechanic for 33 years, and Catherine Crivello, a retailing professional, founded Delices Gourmands French Bakery in Saint-Tropez, French Riviera. Yves closed his auto body company in 2006 and returned to school in Paris to become a baker, receiving his diploma only a few months later.
Yves and Catherine came to Fountain Hills, Arizona, in 2008 to launch their first bakery. Four years later, they were given the option to relocate to Las Vegas, and after some consideration, they opted to leave Fountain Hills and embark on a new journey in Las Vegas. The day came for Délices Gourmands in February of 2016.
