18 Bagels Co. is Tampa Bay’s leading coffee shop where New York-style bagels are paired with everything breakfast and lunch. On the corner of Dale Mabry and Kennedy, they came to fruition in August of 2018 and have been on a crash course to the top of Tampa’s breakfast scene. 18 Bagels Co, as you can guess, serves eighteen different types of bagels ranging from plain to rainbow all the way to French toast. But this name was actually a coincidence.
When Mendelsohn and Levy were finalizing the menu, they realized that they had 18 different types of bagels they wanted. With 18 being such a symbolic number in the Jewish society, they knew it had to be a sign. That’s why 18 Bagels Co became the name.

This was my first time trying the egg and cheese bagel on an Asiago which was pretty good. Last time I had the French toast bagel toasted well with cream cheese and it was excellent!
