Dr. Shui-Lan Lee‘s childbirth was in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States when she was 2 years old, and she stays articulate Cantonese. Raised and educated in San Francisco, her hearing aid encounter began in 1987 when she became a licensed hearing aid dispenser for the Emporium Hearing Aid Department. She later served as a supervisor for the Hearing Aid Dispensers Exam on behalf of the Department of Consumer Affairs.

She finished her master’s degree in audiology from San Francisco State University in 1992 and earned her Doctorate of Audiology in 2009 from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Arizona. Offering hearing health care has been a tough but highly gainful experience, and Shui-Lan has found her life greatly enriched through the bonds she has formed with the patients and their family and buddies she has congregated at the office. She is happy to be a member of the staff at Golden Gate Hearing Services and to give continued services to the hearing-impaired society.
