Little Lilly Sushi
Little Lilly Sushi is your neighborhood sushi bar, bringing a taste of Japan to Fort Worth. It opened its doors in October 2012 and is located in Fort Worth. Little Lilly Sushi’s name was inspired by the owner’s granddaughter, Lilly Liu, who was and is currently very little. Chih “Danny” Liu is the owner of Little Lilly Sushi. Originally from Taiwan, he has cooked traditional Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine for many years before deciding to improve his skills in Japanese cuisine, as Japan has a strong influence in Taiwan.
Since 2000, he has worked in many sushi restaurants in the Dallas Fort Worth area. It was in October 2012 when Liu decided to open up Little Lilly Sushi, where Hui Chuan used to take place, assisting the continuous growth of the culinary scene in Fort Worth.
