The Wood Shack SoulardSandwich Shops in St. Louis

The Wood Shack Soulard smoke isn’t just a cooking procedure, it’s an ingredient. They use a kind of woods in our smoker, hickory, cherry, mesquite, pecan, maple, and sassafras, each selected to complement a particular protein. Bold spreads and sauces are joint with their smoke-kissed meat to meet big-flavored sandwiches. Smoke is even used in their signature gooey-butter ice-cream cookies. There is nothing ordinary here.

“My coworkers all rave about Goodcents, so I visited for the first time today. I’ve never seen this store before and it was so clean that I thought it had to be brand new. I asked, and the person helping me said that this store has been here since 2015! I was pleasantly surprised by the meat sliced fresh to order and all of the other obviously fresh toppings. The sandwich was delicious and I can’t wait to come back and the Goodcents to Go meals. Thanks Marissa & Michael!!.” – Sara M.
