Chatham Tap Mass Ave opened its doors on Mass Ave in Indianapolis in September of 2007 with the goal of bringing a pub in the tradition of the English local to the Chatham-Arch neighborhood of Indianapolis. In June of 2010, they opened their second location in Fishers and in their third location in October of 2019 on the Butler University Campus next to the Butler Tarkington neighborhood of Indianapolis.

Joe Loughmiller Stacy was a Scotch-Irish man devoted to the idea that to be a true Irishman you needed a beer in one hand and a cigar in the other.
