”Hello this is Bryon Buckland again. I have been trying to go to this bar for months now. Well it was the Champion League semi-finals Manchester City versus PSG. I had a great time! The Wharf Rat is an establishment owned and operated by the Oliver family. It is one of only a few authentic period pubs remaining in Baltimore’s seaport.
