REVIEW:

“We attended the IllumiZoo Summer Spectacular and while it was crowded, families were taking care not to bunch up too closely. Some of the animals were put up for the night but many of the animals were out and the kids were excited. The zoo provided a lot of extra kid nighttime activities.” – Rachel Barksdale

“I have spent a lot of time at this place in my life, as a kid in the 70s, as a young adult in the 80s and 90s and now as an old man, I still find myself visiting this place. It’s magical to me. REVIEW:

“Great beach and park! This is such a nice calm family friendly beach! The sand and water is great and it’s always pretty calm and never too crowded. You can see plenty of nature too, we saw tortoises, pleasantly of birds, sands dollars, and dolphins! The only downside to the beach is no lifeguards, but they do put out the flags to tell you what the current is like. There’s also some great trails for biking or hiking, they are not all shaded though so they’re best in the fall/spring.” – Rebecca Campbell
