“Great place to visit! The creek is nice and stocked with trout for fishing or for the little one to look for crayfish and tadpoles. The wide walking path the size of a street for a shaded walk where you will likely see people riding horses. Nice walk from Chestnut Hill entrance to Valley Green where can grab a bite to eat or some cold drinks before the walk back.” – Norm C.

“My family and I love this park. The little ones love the playground and my dog loves the doggie park. On nice days the park is active and filled with all kinds of people enjoying themselves, exercising, and socializing. There’s baseball, basketball, a bike path by the water, a Zumba class, space for sitting in the grass for picnics. I’d gladly travel from anywhere in Philadelphia to visit the park.” – Queen L.

“I love it. Great for walking, running, or biking and serene enough to relax on a bench with a book or lay on the grass with family, friends, or alone. The art museum and West Philly skylines are magnificent. The energy of the skateboard park is youthful freeing. The exits to the city is a wonderfully convenient way to connect to City Center. They thought of everything for everyone. So proud to be Philly born and raised.” – Kelley S.

“Clark Park has lots of events and sprawling open space, right in the heart of West Philadelphia. I especially love the diversity, open-mindedness, and acceptance of the people who frequent the park. From farmer’s markets to LARPing to free performances and pickup soccer games in “the bowl,” there’s something for everyone.” – Desiree H.

Aside, panoramic viewpoints bring skyscrapers, historic cathedrals, and museums into harmony, while the Sister Cities fountain, a unique representation of the world with Philadelphia at its center, is accurate enough for adults to touch and children to run through. The fountain’s 10 geyser-like spouts imprint their 10 sister cities, each positioned according to its global connections to Philadelphia.
