Dr. Chisholm received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, and served a residency in Anesthesiology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. While at Columbia University, he was given the honor to serve as Chief resident. Choosing then to sub-specialize in pain medicine, he completed an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of California Davis, graduating in December of 2005. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dhaka College in Bangladesh; achieved his medical degree at Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh; and earned his diploma in clinical neurology at the Institute of Neurology, University of London, in the United Kingdom.
