Dr. Arnold is a Board Certified Pediatrician and joined our practice in 1994. Dr. Arnold received her Undergraduate Degree from the University of Dallas and her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health and Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Fitch grew up knowing that he always wanted to be a pediatrician (if he didn’t become a Longhorn or Cowboys sports announcer). As the son of a respected pediatrician, he wanted to be just like his dad. He also worked as a camp counselor with Camp Ozark for four summers during his college years. The joy of working with kids combined with being the son of Dr. J. Thomas Fitch, Sr. sealed his calling.
He completed his undergraduate studies, medical school and residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. After a year as Chief Resident, he moved back to San Antonio in 1999 to join his father’s pediatric practice. In 2010, Dr. Fitch, Sr. retired after 43 years. Dr. Fitch proudly continued in his father’s heritage. He is board certified and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
