Dr. Dilip Jagannath Karnik gained his medical education from Grant Medical College of the University of Bombay, India, he then ended his Pediatric residency at Rutgers University, New Jersey Medical School, followed by an affiliation at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and King County Hospital in Brooklyn. Dr. Karnik was among the first physicians to apply Pediatric Neurology in Austin nearly 35 years ago.

Dr. Lindsay Elton is diplomaed from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of arts in anthropology. She continued her medical schooling at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and achieved her medical degree in 2002.
