Providing tent rentals of all sizes and other event rentals to meet all of your tent, table, chair & lawn game needs. Our one-of-a-kind customer service paired with our highly-desired event inventory allows us to cater to the needs of each and every client.

With the priority of creating a reliable and inclusive experience for every client in Indianapolis and the surrounding area, we hope to enhance any gathering or celebration to bring extra joy and memory-making ability. With a prompt sense of urgency for every delivery, we understand how important timing is for every event. Remaining highly-communicative at all times clears confusion and misunderstanding. Lastly, while treating every client like an important person to us we intend to treat others in the same manner that we would want to be treated.

Q Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% payment paid at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% due no later than 30 days from your specified event date. All booking deposits must be in the form of credit card OR debit card and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. **Please note that we do require a Minimum Payment up front upon reserving your rental equipment that is NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be credited towards the full balance & will be rain-checked for 1 year if your event is cancelled or rescheduled. Any amount after the initial booking payment that is paid towards your balance will be credited as a rain-check (good for 1 year from the original event date), if you cancel for any reason.

Q Do you delivery to cities outside of your standard delivery area?

Yes, but please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be an additional cost. Please call or email our office for a current quote.

Q What if we need to cancel our event?

Contact the office IMMEDIATELY! Keep in mind that deposits as well as any amount paid towards the rental is NON-REFUNDABLE; but will be rain-checked for up to 1 year from the original event date & can be used towards ANY rental within that year (subject to availability).

Q What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit or credit cards.

Q How much is your delivery fee?

Our base delivery fee is $200, and includes pickup. Deliveries outside of our standard delivery range will require additional delivery fees.
