Little Lilly Sushi
Little Lilly Sushi is your area sushi bar, carrying a taste of Japan to Fort Worth. It is opened its doors in October 2012 and is situated in Fort Worth. The name was inspired by the owner’s granddaughter, Lilly Liu, who was and is currently very little. The owner, Chih “Danny” Liu was originally from Taiwan, he has cooked traditional Chinese/Taiwanese cuisine for many years before deciding to improve his skills in Japanese cuisine, as Japan has a strong influence in Taiwan.
Chih has worked in many sushi restaurants in the DFW area since 2000. It was in October 2012 when he decided to open up Little Lilly Sushi, where Hui Chuan used to take place, assisting the continuous growth of the culinary scene in Fort Worth.
