Frenchette is Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr’s popular brasseries located in Tribeca. The two master chefs returned and opened their restaurant back in the spring of 2018 and aren’t really the most stand-outish among New York’s dining areas; but even so, the simplistic restaurant has established its identity as New York’s own brasserie style. Bâtard
Bâtard boasts a collection of French classics like braised porcelet shoulder and a wide selection of desserts alongside having a very unpredictable but extremely wonderful chef in Markus Glocker makes the dining experience to die for. Not to mention the Michelin-approved status of this place; that and the fact that for about $95 you can experience fine dining without really breaking the bank unlike the many high-society restaurants in NYC, is a great deal.

La Grenouille
La Grenouille has had a roller-coaster of a few years. One of the classic midtown French dining areas, La Grenouille and the Masson family has still proven to stand strong after losing its matriarch six years ago. Its ageless beauty and signature 20th-century French cuisine is what keeps their patrons extremely loyal. Its famous frog-themed menu has a wide assortment of dishes like their famous lobster bisque and crêpes flambées, two of the many delicacies they’ve had that has and will probably still continue to stand the test of time.
