The Holy Grill Food Truck‘s owner Adiel Nahmias has been widely known for fine Middle Eastern dining. Chef Nahmias took the culture and cuisine of his home country and elevated it to the next level to create a ground-breaking food truck-restaurant dynamic. Seven years ago, Mr. Nahmias opened The Holy Grill, a Glatt kosher food truck in the downtown Garment District. The food truck became super popular that they managed to open a restaurant located in Pico-Robertson.
