“The steamed shrimp dumplings and steamed pork buns are delicious. The egg tarts are also delicious. I got takeout, so i tried the egg tart fresh and also i refrigerated one. When it’s fresh, it has a stronger egg texture, but the refrigerated egg tart ended up tasting more like custard in texture. So maybe the refrigerator completely changes the taste and texture?
