Four HumoursFour Humours

Four Humours is encouraged by the doctors of old, who believed that every ailment, and every cure, was a matter of correcting purity and balance within the human body. The four humours represented elements, qualities, and temperaments, which require to be purified and balanced to obtain the ideal state of being. A healthy structure, sound mind, high spirits, and strong physique, come from the proper amount of “four humours” from which they all are made.

Philadelphia DistillingPhiladelphia Distilling

Philadelphia Distilling is the foremost craft distillery in Pennsylvania since prohibition, was established in 2005 to create compelling spirits geared for the American palette. At Philadelphia Distilling, their distilling team merges craftsmanship, science, and skill to produce a unique portfolio of premium spirits that rely on the agricultural integrity of authentically sourced grains and botanicals and the finest heritage equipment.

Hand-hammered copper pot lessons from the fifth-generation Forsyth family and wooden fermentation vessels from Hall-Woodford, an iconic Philadelphia-based family business, are key points of difference for them, both in their construction rate as well as the integrity of the spirits they support them to produce. They proceed with their batch-by-batch process, creating spirits that celebrate big, bold flavor.

Stateside VodkaStateside Vodka

Stateside Vodka‘s they make today is the same exact one that the great grandfather Ethan perfected back in 1907. Since then, they found great investors and quickly opened their distillery and tasting room. They soon became Philly’s favorite hometown vodka and PA’s top-selling craft spirit.

They have since expanded their distribution throughout the mid-Atlantic region and added multiple package sizes. They are now on to their third still and they have come a long way since being booted by their parents, but they have still got big dreams in mind.

REVIEWS:

“This place was awesome! My sister and I had come in to wait until a wedding across the street started. The atmosphere is quiet and chill. The actual place is very clean and sort of like a factory scene. We ordered 2 cocktails; Basic AF and Notorious F.I.G. both were pretty good. We then ordered a flight of infused vodka; jalapeño, sun-dried tomato, banana, and cucumber. All very good, my favorite was the sun-dried tomato, my sisters were the banana. We also ordered a thing of fries; simple but crispy, and not greasy! I highly recommend this spot.” – Jessica O.
