Wolf Point Distilling
Wolf Point Distilling is an artfulness distillery situated in the Kinzie Industrial Corridor of Chicago, Illinois. They manufacture high-quality small-batch spirits designed around stories and history. Wolf Point refers to the location where the North, South, and Main branches of the Chicago River meet. This area is historically significant to the early development of Chicago and is a place of many firsts for the city.
Wolf Point was a place to Chicago’s first cocktail lounge, first theater, the first hotel, and the first bridges throughout the Chicago River. Their spirits are created around stories and paired with thoughtfully selected ingredients and unique flavor profiles produced through their distilling methods. Before their products are released, each spirit is methodically designed on a smaller scale to ensure quality and taste.

“High-end spirits produced by high-end people! Highly recommend!” – John S.
KOVAL Distillery creates natural whiskey, liqueurs, and specialized spirits, founded in 2008, and Chicago’s first distillery since the mid-1800s. The owners Robert and Sonat Birnecker decided to abandon their academic profession to bring the distilling traditions of Robert’s Austrian family to America. By making this decision, they pledged to make organic spirits from scratch and to alter the way people comprehend whiskey by creating a new, signature style using only the coring of the distillate, allowing a brighter, cleaner take on whiskey.
Containing the grain-to-bottle mentality, each step of the spirit-making process is carefully monitored, beginning with contracting local farmers to grow the grain, to on-site milling and mashing, to finally distilling, bottling, and packaging. Following countless global honors and Robert at the steer of advising for the booming craft industry, KOVAL has grown to be one of America’s chief small-batch, self-sufficient spirit manufacturers.

Rhine Hall Distillery
Rhine Hall Distillery is owned by Charlie and Jenny, a father-daughter team. Their exceptional recipe and process were developed by Charlie and Stan the Man with help from experts on both sides of the Atlantic. Rheinhalle was the name of the ice rink in Austria where co-founder Charlie played professional hockey and inspired the name for Rhine Hall Distillery. At Rhine Hall, they focus on fruit brandies, a European-style brandy otherwise known as eau de vie or schnapps.
They start with fresh fruit before they chop, ferment, distill, and bottle their spirits. The majority of their fruit is sourced from the Great Lakes Region, and no flavorings, sweeteners, or neutral spirits are added to any of the brandies, each bottle contains roughly 25lbs of fruit. This process gives them a product that is not sweet but embodies the essence of the fruit in both taste and aroma.

“All of the yes! We threw a high profile real estate + charity event at Rhine Hall and it could not have been better. Leigh and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating. We are NOT an easy crowd to work with, but they made it so easy. Whether we were sipping cocktails on the patio while meeting, or enjoying a unique and beautiful event setting, everything was perfect. Take home a bottle of their Plum Brandy and you’ll get it! We LOVE Rhine Hall! THANK YOU!” – Elite 6 Dinners
