Samuel Adams Boston Brewery
Samuel Adams Boston Brewery is the location of their experimental brewhouse. In their Beer Garden, they provide experimental beers and classics, as well as locally prepared appetizers and beer and merch to go. In his kitchen in 1984, Jim Koch brewed his first batch of Boston Lager.
In a beer world dominated by light Lagers, he believed he had something unique on his hands with this rich, deep, and balanced family recipe. He settled into what is now the Boston Brewery after finding an abandoned land in Jamaica Plain and launching the craft beer movement.
