“I visited the first time during Covid and it was a great experience! I’m not much of a fan of beer but I was pleasantly surprised! My boyfriend and I had the summertime flight and it was delicious! I ordered the hummus and veggies and honestly, it was the best hummus I’ve ever had and I’m super picky! My boyfriend also enjoyed the flight flavors and he ordered a chicken cheesesteak also excellent. Extremely excited to return!! Pale ales and hazy IPAs were my faves. They also followed covid precautions.” – Kimberly A.

“I can’t talk this place up enough. I used to go here about five years ago with an ex and it was my favorite spot. Moved out of Philly and just went again a couple of months back for my birthday and it was just as good!!! Also, their covid precautions are amazing and I was seated in an outdoor little hut. It had two heaters going and it was nice and toasty at the end of January! Amazing food and amazing atmosphere, a pair that can’t be beaten!” – Emily R.

“An intimate venue. Cozy on a cold, blustery day in fall or winter. The perfect environment for a KGB meet-up to exchange information or other friendly gatherings. The beer styles are varied – stouts, IPAs, pils, berliners and all excellent and true to style. The bartender is helpful and friendly. Food is also great. Large portions and delightfully Mother Russian. A nice spot to Czech out.” – Morgan J.
