Cross Church Indy
Cross Church Indy is structure as a family that recognizes God’s love, which enables them to trust Him and each other, while together finding freedom, changing lives, and seeing his glory. On November 17, 1974, seventeen people assembled in a home in the Indianapolis area for a prayer meeting. This group maintained to meet regularly under the leadership of Phil Barrett. By April 1975, the group had outgrown the home and transferred first to a swim club in Beech Grove, and then to the Ransburg YMCA.
They moved into their current building in January of 1985. And then in 1987, Phil Barrett stepped away allowing Paul Gustitus to become ICF’s senior pastor. Paul administered the church through a transition to cell-based church ministry. In September of 2019, God summoned Jeremy Bialek to a new ministry, and Cross Church began its new changeover period. Cross Church is presently under the leadership of a co-elder team of pastors Garrett Scott-Miller and Justin Mast.

“I have so many great things to say about this church! I love how diverse and welcoming it is! We just attended for the second Sunday (Easter was our first time there) and as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by name! I’m so glad I found my church home!” – Julia W.
Vineyard Life Church
Vineyard Life Church was born out of a dream to establish an outwardly focused church on the west side of Indianapolis that would serve their community and love them into a relationship with Christ. Their current building at 612 N. High School Rd. was purchased and renovated in 2015. New buildings are nice, but they discovered that by renovating older buildings they can invest more in outreach, missions, and staff.
They believe their present facilities will accommodate their needs long into the future with more campuses being launched in and around Indianapolis. In 2016, they adopted New Day Church in Brownsburg and they took on the name Vineyard Life Church Brownsburg. Both campuses carry the same vision and values. In January of 2019, they liberated their Brownsburg campus to become Brownsburg Vineyard Church, now a fully independent, Vineyard church.
